Signature Homes LLC is a residential building-remodel-design company owned by Russell (Rusty) Faschingbauer. Rusty has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry building over 130 homes and renovating many more. We service the entire Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Signature Homes LLC can face lift your master bathroom, finish your basement, renovate your kitchen, add an addition, or build you a brand new home. There isn’t a job too big or too small for us. Our past clients are still Signature Homes LLC’s biggest promoters. Word of mouth is our best marketing tool and we have been fortunate to have great customers that continually refer our business to other potential customers.
About the founder:
Russell (Rusty) Faschingbauer was born in Bloomer, WI and raised on a dairy farm. After high school, he served 4 years in the United States Navy and was part of the USS Nimitz Battle Group in the Persian Gulf during Desert Storm. From there Rusty went on to college and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 2000, Rusty and a business partner started a home building company in Eau Claire Wisconsin and went on to build close to 100 homes in 4 short years. His next progression in the building industry brought him in as partner and the Director of Operations for a land development company. Rusty worked with the city council, planning & commission’s board, and city engineers to convert raw land into an planned community with single family, townhome, commercial, and mixed use lots. And then, the home building market crashed! Rusty removed himself from the building industry for a while and purchased a bar/grill on Lake Wissota in Chippewa Falls, WI. After 4 1/2 years of a very demanding career, he sold the bar and grill and moved to Minnesota and settled into the eastern metro. Rusty’s love for homebuilding and remodeling drove him to start Signature Homes LLC in Minnesota. His personal expertise has been sharpened by hard work on his family’s dairy farm, by attention to detail and rigorous scheduling from the Navy, and by having passion for people and his home building projects.
